How to Make It
If using a juicer (e.g., Nasma Juicer):
Juice all ingredients except cinnamon.
Stir in cinnamon after juicing.
If using a blender:
Divide the recipe into two parts for better texture and ingredient preservation.
First, blend coconut water, carrots, tomatoes, papaya, and flaxseeds (if using flaxseed oil, skip this step).
Strain using a colander or cheesecloth.
Blend the strained mixture with flaxseed oil, lemon juice, orange juice, almonds, cinnamon, aloe vera, and chia seeds.

Glow Smoothie Bowl
Top with chia seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon stick, grated carrot, edible flowers, and almonds for a beautiful and nourishing aesthetic.
Ingredients
🥭 1 cup frozen papaya
🥥 1 tbsp coconut yogurt
🌱 1 tbsp flaxseed oil (or flaxseeds for topping)
🌰 6 almonds (for topping)
🌿 ½ frozen aloe vera (pre-frozen or homemade aloe vera juice ice cubes)
🍋 ½ lemon juice
🍌 ½ frozen banana
🍂 ½ tsp cinnamon
✨ 1 tbsp chia seeds
🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
🥕 ½ carrot, grated (for topping)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except for half of the chia seeds and flaxseeds (if using flaxseed oil, mix it in at this stage).
Use a Cuisinart processor for a smooth, creamy texture.
Pour into a coconut bowl for a natural and eco-friendly presentation. (Using natural dishware enhances energy and connection with the earth. 🌿✨)
For Decoration:
Top with chia seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon stick, grated carrot, edible flowers, and almonds for a beautiful and nourishing aesthetic.
