How to Make It

1 Prepare Your Ingredients

  • Wash the carrots, ginger, and oranges thoroughly.

  • Peel the lemon and oranges to remove bitterness.

  • Slice the ginger into smaller pieces for easier juicing.

2 Juice with Intention 🌿💫

  • If using a juicer, feed the carrots, ginger, lemon, and oranges through one at a time.

  • If using a blender, add all the ingredients with ½ cup of water for juice (or 1 cup for the shot version) and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a silky texture.

I served the juice in a charming mushroom-shaped glass, blending lemon juice and orange juice for a vibrant, refreshing look. To enhance the presentation, I added an edible flower sphere ice cube, which slowly melts and infuses the drink with a delicate floral touch. If you prefer a simpler approach, a mason jar works beautifully, as shown in the picture, giving it a rustic and cozy feel.
